Meditation-A tool to remove stress, strain and depression


Medley News: Meditation is an English pronunciation for Hindi word ‘Dhyana’. We also can use the word awareness for the same word meditation. In these days, everyone is eager knows the importance of meditation. Many of the people are aware about the importance of meditation but they are not aware about the appropriate method to implement the process of meditation. There are so many organizations those take a huge amount of fees for meditation but do not give the full methods to implement meditation in your life. By this discussion we are not promising that you will be perfect to implement the meditation in your life. But we are not taking any huge amount like other organizations but guide you some instructions for meditation. We are suffered from either physical stress or mental stress. Both have the negative effects on the human life. Meditation is very helpful to remove the physical and mental stress of obstacles from your body. We have a better control on breathe and thus helpful in remove the worries of useless thoughts. Meditation fulfills the mind and brain with the positive thoughts and lot of energy. It also increases the immune system of body Meditation has a relationship with silence. Maintain silence; keep your mind away from any types of thoughts, and study of your surroundings and your body movements also help to increase the awareness. You just sit in silence mode and close your eyes. Study your control on breathes. Silence is must for start meditation. At the initial stage, we require a space for meditation, but when a person arrives to the medium and final stage then he can stay in the position of meditation for 24 hours. At the initial stage, the space for meditation should be free from pollution and noise. The space or place should be . neat and clean and according to appropriate room temperature. You can cover the ears with cotton, to reduce the noise pollution. You can use some sheet cover to protect yourself from mosquitos. If the air is polluted then please find the solution for yourself. Many of the people have opinions that as they close the eyes and prepare their selves for meditation, the all of the thoughts come in the mind at same time. Thoughts of past, imaginations of future, all these thoughts start to revolve around your mind. The regular practice can help you to remove all the thoughts. Remember you cannot imagine yourself in the position of meditation, unless your heart and mind is free from thoughts. At the initial stage, no one is ready to accept this opinion that our mind can be free from thoughts. But when your practice it for hours and hours you start to believe the opinion. According to Osho, meditation is killing of thoughts. Just start the meditation. You feel that where the count of thoughts is 30-40 thousands in 24 hours, they start to reduce.
