Yoga for positive thoughts

Hatha yoga in Japanese @ Semperviva
Why negative thoughts come to our mind? A person never wants to think the negative thoughts, then why they origin in our mind? Why the unwanted thoughts origin in our inner soul and mind? Have you analyzed these questions deeply? You can find the answer for these questions if you involve yourself in the practice of yoga. Approximately fifty thoughts come in mind of a person in a minute or we can say that a person can think fifty thoughts in a minute by his mind. 70 to 80% of thoughts are negative which he thinks in a minute. Our mind remains active 24 hours and thinks the thoughts. Thoughts are coming in the mind when a person is in sleep, when a person is driving a car, or eating his meals. A person can control thoughts by implementing yoga in his life. Dhyana is the last stage of the yoga which is  helpful to control the thoughts of a person. When thoughts come to mind in excess or more than limit the inner soul starts to wave in different directions. In the stage of Dhyana, lesser thoughts come in the mind and thus our mind becomes more powerful and negative thoughts reduce in amount. Negative thoughts depend on internal and external situations of the environment. The external environment includes house, office, society and country. All these effect on the thoughts. The internal environment includes internal body, energy and health. Both internal and external factors are responsible for origin of negative thoughts. If the thoughts are positive then we can lead a happy life. If the thoughts are negative, it will lead to a life full of stress and tension. This all is the result of thoughts that we are leading a stressful life instead of happy life. These are the thoughts which decide our luck which decide what type of life we have to lead. For a healthy body, we require healthy inner soul, for healthy inner soul we require positive thoughts. Positive thoughts come to mind if we practice yoga in regular routine. Regular practice of yoga leads to the stage of Dhayana. Once you achieve a stage of dhyana you have control on the thoughts and thus it reduces the amount of negative thoughts and one day will come to your life when there will be no negative thoughts in your mind and you start a healthy and happy life forever. Body, mind and inner soul are the factors that can minimize the amount of negative thoughts. Positive thoughts are very useful in daily life. Positive thoughts increase the energy level for work. Positive thoughts help to understand the emotion of other persons. Positive thoughts make your inner soul soft which develop the emotions of purity in inner soul. Positive thoughts decrease the stress and tensions and increase the personality. Positive thoughts give a new way to enjoy the life. The only and only requirement to develop positive thoughts in mind is practicing yoga in regular routine and achieves the stage of dhyana. Source: Medley NewsImage: flickr.com
