division of three levels. Firstly distinction is made between the different aromatic groups, such as fruity and spicy. The key concepts are then divided even more, as the fruity aroma family consists of five lower families - citrus, tropical, fruit, dry fruits and berries. On the third level its about the actual aroma - for citrus it's lemon, orange, mandarin, lime and citrus peal. The illustrations in the middle of the taste wheel are for quick orientation.
