The Russian-Indian ‘BraMos’ company says it has developed and successfully tested out a supersonic cruise missile with a range of almost 300 kilometres. It believes its new weapon can be effective against surface ships and targets hidden amid mountains. The test-firing was carried out on Friday’in India’s Orissa State.
