 U.S. policy in the South China Sea
By Boris Volkhonsky; As reported by the Associated Press, the U.S. and the Philippines said Friday that they are expanding intelligence sharing and cooperation on maritime security, as President Barack Obama reiterated Washington's desire to be viewed as a Pacific power.The statement was made during the visit to Washington by Philippine President Benigno Aquino III.
