Over the past twelve months, the number of Internet users worldwide has increased 11 percent to 2,3 billion people, according to a report released by the International Telecommunication Union on Thursday. The report said, in particular, that almost one fourth of global Internet users reside in China, and that the past year saw more people preferring to go online at home.
