Solar-cell clothes can power mobile phones

Solar-cell fabric that can charge mobile phones has been invented in Japan.
Clothes made from such fabric absorb and store solar energy. When enough energy is accumulated, people can power their cellphones by attaching them to their sweaters or jeans. Some things still have to be solved, however, before the invention goes on the market. Researchers are working to improve the fabric’s durability.
