Bollywood actress Vidya Balan received Padma Shri award from the President of India, Pranab Mukherjee in a ceremony at the Rashtrapati Bhawan today (March 31). The actress was thrilled to receive the honour, “I’m thrilled. I’m overjoyed. I’m overwhelmed. I’m honoured. I’m humbled…!
