On the other hand, the police raided the house of Samedur Rehman, now under police custody in the cash for jobs scam in the APSC, last night and seized Rs 9,50,000 in cash.

In the ongoing search operations, a recommendation letter sent by a former Congress minister of the State supporting three candidates and few other valuable exam related documents were also seized by the police.

The police on Thursday conducted another search operation in the Commission’s head office. However, this time the police took with them Rakesh Paul.
