Iran to impose lockdown again in 150 cities
Coronavirus cases have increased in Iran like many other countries in the world. That's why Tehran is going to impose lockdown in 150 cities including the capital. The lockdown will be effective from next Saturday to curb the second wave of Covid-19 virus.
According to Reuters, the Iranian government is going to lock down about 150 cities in the Red Zone of Iran. The approval was given at the last meeting of the National Task Force on Coronavirus.
Meanwhile, the Iranian government on Tuesday inaugurated an over-the-counter antigen test kit in Iran due to an increase of coronary heart disease. With the help of this kit, it will be possible to detect Covid-19 patients in 15 to 20 minutes.
Iran has also started the production of these kits in large numbers. Ali Reza, head of the country's Corona Counter-Task Force, claimed that Iran had made it to the top five in the world by developing a rapid antigen test kit.He added that only the United States, China, South Korea, and Britain had this technology in the world. Now Iran has achieved that.Source: https://www.daily-bangladesh.com Categories: Breaking News, Gulf
