WhatsApp web users are going to get fingerprint verification. The Facebook-owned company will soon launch a fingerprint lock support for WhatsApp web.
According to a WABetaInfo report, the team that worked on mobile security is working to bring the facility to the web. The team is currently testing the feature on the web as a beta. If all goes well they will let users use the beta version.
As per the report, the new feature will allow WhatsApp to be used on computers faster and more securely.However, no information has been found whether face unlock will be introduced as security.
