New Zealand, Australia first welcome 2021 with fireworks

New Zealand and Australia have welcomed the New Year 2021 with firework displays.

Due to strict lockdown and border shut down in New Zealand, the country celebrated New Year’s Eve to a limited extent.

Meanwhile, the Sydney fireworks display went ahead, but crowds were not allowed to gather on the city’s harbor to enjoy it.

Restrictions are being placed on New Year festivities around the world as many countries struggle to curb new spikes in coronavirus cases. Source: https://www.daily-bangladesh.com
